Suing a Lawyer

This firm will not accept a case against a lawyer for a mere mistake. It must be an action that shocks a fair minded person’s conscience.

When you sue a lawyer you make an enemy for life. You also often find a dishonest lawyer, who did not care much about his client, or fight very hard; will fight very hard, very dishonestly and ruthlessly for his own sake. The battle can be devastating and expensive.

We must first know the lawyer was wrong, dead wrong, morally wrong, and then be convinced a great injustice has occurred that must be fixed, against this lawyer.

These are standards above the required legal standards. You may well have an excellent case against an incompetent lawyer that simply does not rise to the level of evil this firm requires before going to war or we are booked up at the time. Bad lawyers hurt America almost as much as the IRS and other villains, but sometimes good lawyers, like good doctors, make honest mistakes. This firm does not wish to sue honest people.
